Customs gets 1 central P.O. Box number

From 1 January 2010 you can send your mail to all organisational divisions of Customs to a single P.O. Box number.

Customs has opted for central mail processing because on 1 January 2010 the 4 Customs regions are being amalgamated in a national Customs organisation. This organisation will be overseen by a national office. A central mail processing system will also give Customs a clearer overview of incoming mail.
