If you disagree with a decision taken by Tax Administration/Customs, you can in most cases lodge an objection (a letter containing your objection). An objection should be lodged with the Customs office of the region where the decision was taken. If you are objecting to a written decision, the address is stated on that letter.
Please note!
If you want to lodge an objection, you should do so within 6 weeks of the date of the written decision you are objecting to.
