As of 1 July 2009 you are no longer allowed to use the paper domiciliation procedure export (classic domproc export) if the customs office of exit is not in the same Member State as the customs office of export (indirect export). As of 1 January 2011 you may also no longer use this procedure for direct export (office of export and exit in the Netherlands).
