Electronic summary declaration at exit is possible

Do non-Community goods from temporary storage leave the territory of the European Union through the Netherlands? And had no customs declaration been prepared for these goods? Then as a company you may submit a summary declaration at exit. In this summary declaration at exit you have to include the security data according to Annex 30 bis of Regulation (EEC) no 2454/93.
