If you wish to bring provisions aboard a seagoing vessel, you should first inform Customs before doing so. You should report the consignment by completing the Provisions Notification Form (only available in Dutch). If you will be supplying in accordance with the transit procedure, you will require an Authorised Consignee Permit. You can apply for this permit by means of the application form.

There are a number of specific regulations pertaining to provisioning which have not been mentioned here. For instance, fishing vessels are exempted from clearance in certain cases.
