Development of electronic declaration software
If you are developing software for the purpose of submitting electronic customs declarations, you have to ensure that your electronic messages comply with certain requirements. The National Customs Helpdesk can assist you in developing your software, for example by offering you a test procedure.
Support subscription
In order to obtain this support, you can take out a support subscription free of charge. This subscription will give you access to the part of the Customs Internet site that is only available to subscribers. In addition, the subscription offers you the following advantages:
- you can obtain an overview of the specifications which your electronic messages must meet.
- you will be notified of any changes in the specifications.
- you can take part in a test procedure with products and services for testing your software.
Registration
You can apply for the support subscription using the software developer registration form (‘Aanmeldingsformulier softwareontwikkelaar’). After you have been registered as a subscriber, the National Customs Helpdesk client management department will contact you.
