100% checks

In connection with the implementation of the drugs policy, the Dutch government carries out Customs-intensive checks on so-called risk flights: the 100% checks.
How do we do a 100% check?
When you arrive at Schiphol with a 100%-flight, you can expect the following:
- inspection by drug sniffer dogs
- an interview
- inspection of clothing
- an X-ray inspection of (hand) luggage
- physical inspection of (hand) luggage
When the inspection at the gate does not result in any findings, you can go to the luggage hall.
Hold luggage is checked both in the luggage hall and the cellar hall.
