Information or declaration systems

For example, you have a question about AGS, DMS, NCTS/Transit or Single Window, or regarding the application for a registration or EORI number.

You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Are you experiencing a serious disruption outside of office hours? In that case you can leave your telephone number. Someone from our on-call service team will then return your call as soon as possible.
