You can use this form to apply for a consent for the export, import or transit of weapons and ammunition.

With this form you request a consent for the entry into, the exit of, or the transit through the Netherlands for (parts of) weapons and/or ammunition belonging to categories II and III of the Weapons and Ammunition Act.
