Request for a refund of levies on mineral oil (commercial aviation-foreign entrepreneur)

With this form, foreign entrepreneurs can submit a request for a refund of excise duty, energy tax and stock levy on certain mineral oils. The oil must have been used in commercial aviation for international flights and used to refuel the airplane in the Netherlands.
