  1. Confirmation effective date of maritime Declaration for Temporary Storage (ATO)

    By 1 October 2026, you must submit your declaration for temporary storage (ATO) via the Single Window for maritime and air transport (SW) using new system specifications.

  2. Automated Export System (AES) changes on 15 December

    The Automated Export System (AES) will change on 15 December 2025 at 12:00 am (midnight). This happens because the European Union (EU) will move from the AES Transition Period to the AES Post-Transition Period.

  3. From 1 December 2025, you will only be able to make ENS declarations via ICS2

    From 1 December 2025, you will no longer be able to submit Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) via ICS1 (DMF). This will only be possible via ICS2.
